Artifact - Terets Elven Blade
Teret’s Elven Blade is a magical cold iron blade set in a mithril pommel encrusted with gemstones. Ancient elven runes are engraved along the blade.
Innate: Attack and Damage bonus +1, +2 at 3rd, +3 at 6th, +4 at 9th and +5 at 12th.
Innate: Undead Bane, +2 atk and extra 2d6 damage.
Innate: Keen, At 1st level of Eldritch Knight, gain doubling of critical threat range.
Innate: Mighty Cleave, gain 1 additional Cleave per round.
SP: Cast Light (60’ radius) at will, touching the blade to an item casts light upon the item. Activated by the elven word for light, “Illuminati”. While illuminated, the sword has a chance to dazzle the opponent. Upon each successful hit, the target must make a DC 10 plus the Eldrich Knight level or he is dazzled for 1 round. A natural 1 on the DC will cause the creature to be blinded for d3 rounds.
SP: Spell Storing, Any spell can be cast upon the sword up to 3rd level and can be released upon the next successful attack. The spell will fade as the full moon shines.
SP: The pommel holds a silver dagger that can be extracted and retracted by speaking the word “silver” while holding the sword. The dagger has the same attk/dam bonus as the blade.
SP: In the hands of an Eldritch Knight, the sword also grants an additional spell per spell level that the knight may cast. The spell does not need to be prepared but must come from the knights known spell list.
SP: Smite Undead: Beginning at 2nd level, once per day, the sword can damage all undead within a 10’ radius causing 1d6 per 2 character levels; i.e. 1d6 at 2nd level, 2d6 at 4th level, 3d6 at 6th level, etc.
